The thick aluminum casting maintains a consistent cooking temperature all day with a maximum output of 26,500 BTUs and a minimum of 7,500 BTUs. Up to 695 square inches of total cooking area, several standard features, and optional accessories provide a variety of cooking options for any size crowd.
