Dual stainless steel burners on the FireMagic Echelon Built-In Griddle combine to produce 45,000 BTUs of heat, and two back-lit burner control knobs enable autonomous, two-zone cooking. This item has the same cut-out dimensions as the Fire Magic E660i grill to increase your outdoor kitchen's versatility.

FireMagic Echelon Built-In Griddle A disposable drip tray system makes cleanup a breeze and reduces the chance of grease flareups. An included stainless steel lid protects the griddle when not in use.
